Asi Es "The Way It Is San Blas is very proud that a film by one of its own daughters, Risa Mara Machuca, has been accepted in the Los Angeles Latino International and was was showcased at the HBO NY Latino International Film Festival.
Filmed in its entirety in the San Blas area (save for the closing scene), the short stars a number of Sanblasenses , including herself as the girlfriend.
The story portrays a young man who leaves his love to go on a mysterious surf trip with several others. They go off the main roads into the open ocean in search of a dream.
